Shipping Time
  • It takes 7 to 10 working days (2 weeks) to receive your order.
  • All packages are shipped through the Post Office (USPS www.usps.com ) Air Mail.
Shipping Cost
  • The shipping rate is $15 for each pair to ship to the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
  • The shipping rate is $29 for each pair to ship to the Netherlands; $45 for each pair to ship to other countries.
Returning and refund
  • Wrong Size: If you receive the shoes in wrong size, for example, if you ordered a size 10, we sent you a pair in size 8, in this case, please take clear photos of the shoes from all sides and the shoe size tag, then please send us the photos by email as the attached files.
  • Quality Problems: If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received. Please send us the photos by email as the attached files.
  • We don't refund if your shoes are worn.
In case of out of stock

In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed. We will send email to you to inform and you can choose another pair to replace them. If you are not interested in any other shoes, we will directly send your money back through Paypal.

9Kicks has no affiliation with Nike. All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.
